Membership Rules
- The Club shall have the unqualified right to make such rules, regulations, and restrictions in the use of the Club property as it may deem necessary.
- Charges and fees for services and facilities are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Club. The Club reserves the right to withdraw any complementary services offered to club members without being given prior notice at its discretion.
- The Club shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to any property of members or their guests, including their automobiles and contents.
- Any member who is loud, offensive, bothersome to other members or behaves otherwise in an unbecoming manner or who is cited for infraction of rules and regulations may be suspended or expelled from the Club. In the event of termination, the unused portion of any advanced payment shall be forfeited to the Club.
- The club holds a right to reserve “RIGHTS OF ADMISSION” & reserves the right to “TERMINATE A MEMBERSHIP” as and when the management deems necessary.
- Music played in the gym will be maintained at a standard decibel as per schedule of hour. Selection of music will be at the discretion of the management only.
- The Club is not responsible for Lost and Found items.
- Any damage caused to Delta Fitness Club’s facilities, equipment, property, or to the property of any member by a member or their guest shall be the sole responsibility of the concerned member. All costs related to such damage, including repairs or replacements, must be fully borne by the member responsible. In the event that the member fails to compensate Delta Fitness Club within 15 days from the date of written notice, the Club reserves the right to terminate the membership with immediate effect. Any fees paid towards membership, services, or facilities shall be forfeited. If the cost of damage exceeds the forfeited amount, the member shall remain liable to pay the balance amount in full
DFC Floor rules
Club Rules
- Members must be properly attired in standard workout clothes (i.e. leotards, gym shorts. jogging suits) while in exercise areas.
- The Club reserves the right to refuse anyone who is not properly attired and/or personally clean.
- Profanity is not allowed in the gym. Members shall not yell or scream across the gym.
- Use of the equipment should be as instructed by Delta Trainers
- Return weights to proper racks when finished.
- Have a “spotter” when using heavy weights. No dropping the weights.
- No littering or leaving debris on the gym floor.
- Members who sweat profusely are asked to use towels when using the equipment.

DAY-USE ONLY
Lockers are strictly for use during your workout. Kindly remove all belongings after your session.
NO OVERNIGHT STORAGE
Items left overnight may be removed and disposed of to maintain availability for others.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Please do not store valuables, food, or any hazardous materials in the lockers.
OIL POLICY INSIDE IR SAUNA
Do not use or apply any oils or lotions inside the IR sauna.
Cafe

Parking rules
- Parking is exclusively available for Delta Fitness Club members and is provided on a complimentary basis for up to 3 hours per day. Any usage beyond this duration will be chargeable as per the parking management rates.
- All members are required to carry and display a valid parking card issued by Delta Fitness Club while using the parking facility.
Personal training rules
ROLE OF DELTA FITNESS CLUB (“DFC”) – The Facility Provider / Facilitator
TRAINER RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess the Client’s fitness level before starting.
Design appropriate workout programs.
Maintain punctuality and professionalism.
Inform Client about risks involved in training
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow Trainer’s instructions responsibly.
Respect Trainer’s time and schedule.
Make payments as agreed.
TRAINER–CLIENT RELATIONSHIP
Terms (fees, sessions, goals) must be agreed before starting.
DFC is only a facilitator and not liable for disputes.
Full PT fees must be paid before the beginning of the 4th session.
CHANGE OF TRAINER / CLIENT
All changes must be approved by DFC management.
7 days prior notice must be given for any change of trainer/client.
All pending dues must be cleared before switching.
VALIDITY RULE
DFC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or health complications.
MID-TERM CHANGE / CONTINUITY
No cash refunds will be issued solely due to Trainer/Client change unless explicitly approved by DFC management.
LIABILITY WAIVER
DFC shall not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health complications arising during or after training
CODE OF CONDUCT
Respectful behavior is mandatory for both Trainer and Client.
Harassment, misconduct, or policy violations may result in termination.
TERMINATION
This agreement may be terminated by the Client, Trainer, or DFC management in case of policy violation.
INACTIVE PT RULE
Any restart of PT services must be done only after signing a fresh Personal Training Agreement.
