Understand Rank 1 and Rank 2 results
Delta's is a Transformation challenge and not a weight loss challenge. Transformation meaning how well do we recompose our body with healthier stuff during the challenge. Read below with an open mind. We have run one of the most science backed complete transformation challenges, which no Gym does and most rely on Visual transformation only which can be misleading. You will see why shortly, hopefully.
Ashutosh
Strengths
- Outstanding muscle gain (+3.3 kg).
- Lost significant body fat while building muscle simultaneously, which is difficult.
- Started with very high body fat (39.4%) and still added lean mass.
- Highest DTI because the formula rewards recomposition.
- Highest overall score.
Weaknesses
- Only 2 kg scale weight loss.
- Waist measurement did not reduce.
- Visual transformation may appear less dramatic.
Sarabh
Strengths
- Huge 9 kg weight loss.
- Best fat loss percentage (28.57%).
- Lowest ending body fat (21.5%).
- Better visual transformation.
- Slight waist reduction.
Weaknesses
- Almost no muscle gain (+0.5 kg).
- Transformation was primarily weight/fat loss rather than body recomposition.
- Lower DTI because preserving muscle is easier than gaining it during a cut.
